Our optional programs include...

Tap And Tumble’s program curriculum focuses on introducing toddlers and preschool children to creative movement through the basics of dance, gymnastics, tumbling, tap and ballet. Your child will develop confidence, creativity, and balance while having fun. The classes incorporates music and props which improve rhythm and listening skills. Tap And Tumble uses equipment suitable for children to develop large motor skills as they learn to perfect the fundamentals of dance, gymnastics, tumble, tap and ballet.

Baseball Buddies is a sports program offered to children three years of age and older. This program promotes physical literacy in younger children by integrating basic fundamental movement skills (FMS) and fundamental baseball skills (FBS). “Physical Literacy” as defined by Project Play is “the ability, confidence, and desire to be physically active for life.” We cover locomotor movements (running, skipping, jumping) stability skills and awareness. This program helps children move more confidently and efficiently.

Soccer Shots is a high-energy program introducing children to fundamental soccer principles, such as using your feet, dribbling and the basic rules of the game.

 

Through fun games, songs and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer and being active.
