Infants 1 & 2
6 WEEKS–9 MONTHS, 9 MONTHS–18 MONTHS
Your infant will get the attention they deserve at Sunny Day Academy. Our teachers spend their time holding, communicating, rocking, singing, and tending to your infant’s needs. As non-mobile newborns and young infants, they’ll spend their time in a calm and peaceful environment—a home away from home. And as they grow and mature, we offer a second room for our mobile infants who are curious and on-the-go. It’s a space that encourages them to explore their environment through shapes, color, sounds, and movement.

Preschool & Prekindergarten
3 YEARS–4 YEARS, 4 YEARS–5 YEARS
While focus shifts to preparing your child for school, the fun does not end. Our preschoolers and prekindergartners thrive in an environment where they begin to feel a sense of community and family. They may express a preference for music and art by participating in dramatic play experiences. Or perhaps they’ll discover a love of science and math through simple experiments like investigating the life cycle of caterpillars. Their ability to communicate grows infinitely as they explore the beginning stages of writing.
5 YEARS–6 YEARS
For our kindergarten program, we follow the Ohio Department of Education standards to ensure future success in the classroom. Children are given plenty of time to read and write, play with friends, and explore creative outlets. They’ll gain the skills they need not only to succeed in the classroom, but also develop a love of learning that will last a lifetime.
